Our luggage transport service operates to and from Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) and Paris-Orly (ORY), covering the entirety of mainland France.
For international transport, please contact us directly, we will provide a tailored solution to meet your specific needs.
We handle luggage weighing up to 30 kg each, in standard checked-baggage size, with total linear dimensions not exceeding 158 cm. Oversized items such as a surfboard may also be accommodated. However, please contact us. in advance so we can confirm the logistics for your specific items.
For airport deliveries, orders must be placed at least one day prior to your scheduled home pickup (D-1). We also recommend scheduling your airport delivery for at least one day before your flight’s departure.
Depending on the pickup location, delivery can be completed on the same day (D), the next day (D+1), or two days later (D+2).
If you are dropping off your luggage at the airport, you can book your reservation right up until the moment of drop-off.
Delivery to your final destination will then be organized for D, D+1, or D+2, depending on the delivery area.
Should you require it, we can also provide extended storage for delayed delivery. Please note that this service will incur an additional fee.
To minimize our environmental footprint, we use a consolidated transport model to optimize routes. Many of our deliveries are also carried out using electric vehicles. This approach allows us to offer a more sustainable service without compromising on quality or care.
