Trusted by Passengers Worldwide
Just to thank you for your service. I received my two suitcases and everything went very well. I am discovering this service which is UNIQUE. Your connection with the lost and found at Paris airport enabled me to receive my two pieces of luggage in Zimbabwe without having to worry about the smallest detail. Congratulations. Keep it up.
We arrived at CDG on an early flight from the US and didn't have access to our rental house until 14:00. We had Bagages Du Monde deliver our luggage to Marais. The fee was reasonable and the luggage was delivered at the requested time so we could go out and explore Paris without the burden of dragging our luggage around. Communication was good. I would recommend setting up your delivery ahead of time if you use them for this service.
I had a good experience storing my bags here for a few hours. I was able to take the B train to downtown Paris conveniently on the lower level. The customer service seemed nonchalant and uncaring but they held the bags at a fair price. Make sure to take a picture of your receipt
The experience was very positive. I left 6/7 pieces of luggage including a computer and other belongings and it cost me about €60 for 4/5 hours - long enough to take the train into town and walk around. Friendly and efficient service, I'm surprised by the negative reviews.
This is the ideal place to store your luggage while you're on your way to Paris Central. Luggage is weighed and charged by weight and time. The premises are well organized, the staff are very well organized. We collected our luggage early and were refunded.
Professional, trustworthy and reasonably priced. They returned our lost luggage quickly and easily. They retrieved it in front of the lost and found for us. We are grateful to this organization and the people who work there.
Luggage storage and collection made easy, so you can spend a day in Paris without worrying about your luggage.
Useful Travel Tips
Before departing for Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly, please review the transport conditions applicable to your flight, including travel documents, carry-on and checked luggage restrictions, prohibited items, and check-in deadlines.
For connecting flights, make sure you have sufficient time for security checks and any necessary formalities.
We also recommend contacting your airline directly to verify their specific requirements and obligations.
• Cabin Bag:
Prior to arriving at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly, check the authorized dimensions for your carry-on suitcase.
If you exceed the allowed size or weight, additional fees may apply, or you may be required to purchase compliant luggage. Your bag may also be moved to the aircraft hold.
Dimensions and weight limits depend on your airline, travel class, and loyalty status (Silver, Gold, etc.).
For instance, Air France allows:
• 1 or 2 carry-on bags depending on your cabin or status
• 1 personal item (handbag, laptop bag, camera, etc.)
Indicative maximum dimensions:
• Carry-on bag: 55 x 35 x 25 cm
• Weight: up to 12 or 18 kg depending on travel class
• Personal item: 40 x 30 x 15 cm
Checked Luggage
Dimensions and weight for checked luggage vary by airline, fare, travel class, and loyalty level.
As a general guide, Air France permits:
• Up to 158 cm (total height + width + depth)
• 23 kg in Economy and Premium Economy
• 32 kg in Business and La Première
For oversized luggage (bulky equipment or specific items), an additional option may be purchased.
These items can reach up to 300 cm and 32 kg, depending on applicable conditions.
It is essential to consult your airline to verify the precise baggage allowance included in your ticket.
Properly identifying your luggage reduces the risk of error, loss, or confusion during airport handling.
In the event of a delay or lost bag tag, a quick identification of the owner becomes easier.
Clearly state your contact information
Provide your full name, mobile phone number, and email address:
- On the exterior of the bag (name tag)
- On the interior of the bag (business card or a simple sheet of paper placed inside)
Remove all old tags and barcodes from previous trips before check-in.
Visually personalize your luggage
Add a distinctive element such as a cover, strap, ribbon, sticker, or specific marking to easily recognize your bag on the delivery carousel.
We also recommend taking a photo of your luggage before departure; this can be invaluable if a search or damage claim is required.
Importance of the baggage tag
During check-in, a barcode tag is attached to your luggage.
This is indispensable for identification by automated systems and ensures correct routing.
You can print this tag:
• Online, if your airline permits
• Or at interactive kiosks at the airport
Tip: Place the small barcode stickers provided on different sides of the luggage to optimize automatic scanning.
If your luggage is delayed, lost, or damaged upon arrival at Paris-Charles de Gaulle or Paris-Orly, report the situation immediately at your airline’s baggage desk before leaving the delivery area.
A Property Irregularity Report (PIR) must be filed. Retain your boarding pass, your baggage receipt, and any useful evidence (photos, estimated content value).
If you were unable to make a declaration before leaving the airport, it is generally possible to do so online via the airline's website within the time frames specified in their conditions of carriage.
Most delayed luggage is located and rerouted within a few days. It is recommended to keep all supporting documents in case of a compensation claim.
