When time is of the essence, the Priority option gives you fast-track access linked to your booked service. Also available with select storage or delivery services, it helps reduce waiting times and makes the whole experience faster and more comfortable.

We also offer Pets in Transit, a service dedicated to traveling with animals. It covers their transfer to and between terminals, supervised care during layovers of six hours or more, and assistance with import formalities in France or your destination country. A practical solution for your pet's journey, with particular attention given to their comfort and well-being throughout.

No. Premium and Priority services are only available as supplements to specific Hello Passenger luggage storage or delivery bookings.

Yes. As part of our Pets in Transit service, we provide comprehensive support for your pet’s travel documents. This includes handling French import formalities, meeting the specific requirements of your destination country, and preparing the necessary veterinary protocols for transport.

No. Our pet boarding is not located on airport grounds. Instead, pets are cared for at a professional kennel in the Val-d’Oise countryside, approximately a 25-minute drive via pet taxi. Due to the travel time involved, this service requires a minimum duration of 6 hours.

All pets’ vaccinations must be up to date to be admitted. Vaccination records or pet passports will be verified at the time of booking.

Note: Boarding services are currently available exclusively at Paris-CDG Airport.

Yes. The Access 24/7 service must be selected at the time you purchase your luggage storage or delivery service.

It consists of three specific windows:

  • For Very Early Departures : 05h00 – 07h00 
  • For Evening Arrivals : 21h00 – 23h00
  • For Late Arrivals : 23h00 – 05h00

You can select the appropriate window during the reservation process.
